Norwin K. Voegeli
CEO / Owner
Norwin K. Voegeli is the founder and owner of Global Ingress. As a dual citizen of the United States and Switzerland, Norwin has been navigating the business landscapes of both Europe and North America since 2005, bringing with him a wealth of experience and insight.
In 2012, Norwin made a pivotal decision to leave his corporate career at Siemens to pursue his long-held passion for entrepreneurship. He founded United Rail, which later underwent a strategic transformation, evolving into Global Ingress in 2018.
Norwin’s core competency lies in his deep understanding of business cultures in both North America and Europe. Having worked extensively within both systems, he effectively bridges the gap between these two distinct environments. His expertise extends across executive management, project management, technology, and product development.
Since 2012, Norwin has been instrumental in supporting European SMEs in their U.S. market entry strategies. Global Ingress not only offers consulting services but also actively supports marketing and sales activities. Whether representing clients as an agent or assisting in the establishment of a legal entity, Global Ingress provides tailored market entry strategies to fit various goals and budgets.
One of Global Ingress consulting mandates led to a strategic partnership with the Swiss company Lugaia AG and the successful launch of Lugaia USA. This achievement underscores how an optimized US market entry strategy can drive remarkable success. In fact, the results speak for themselves—our numbers are soaring, and we doubled the budget for 2024 to fuel continued growth.
Norwin holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Bern University of Applied Science and a BBA from the University of St. Gallen. He also served as an officer in the Swiss Army.
Currently residing in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, Norwin enjoys a vibrant personal life with his wife, Andrea, and their children, Fabienne and Noel. His hobbies include spending time at the beach, playing guitar and singing with his band, sailing, photography, working out, traveling, and indulging his passion for fast cars.
